LEGO Marvel Superheros The Game

Over recent years more and more people have been taking a big interest in Marvel and its superheroes, especially with the hugely successful Avengers movie. But what happens when you combine all the brilliance of Marvel with LEGO? You get LEGO Marvel Superheroes the game which is set for release this fall.

LEGO Marvel Superheros will offer an original story where Nick Fury will call upon superheroes from the Marvel universe to save earth in its struggle against Loki and Galactus, devourer of worlds. As always in LEGO games there will be plenty of humor,  puzzle solving and a unique story.

From the picture provided we can see some of the biggest names in Marvel are set to appear; Wolverine, Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Black Widow, Thor, Spider-man and Deadpool. There will be over 100 characters from the Marvel universe to play with which I would assume would involve some alternative costumes, but nonetheless this is a huge roster as always with a LEGO game. There’s also the Fantastic Four, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Avengers and Deadpool, I mean what more can you want really?

Managing Director of TT games, Tom Stone said “Players will brave the ultimate mission to save the world as they explore famous landmarks in LEGO New York and take the adventure beyond Earth to iconic locations in the Marvel Universe”.

So we should expect some epic battles with what we can only presume is 4 player coop? It would make sense and LEGO games can easily pull this off, battling these villains with all of your friends sounds like a blast.

LEGO Marvel Superheros will launch this fall for every console you can imagine, Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, DS and Wii U. Until we hear more about LEGO Marvel Superheroes stay tuned to Casually Addicted.
